Tamar joined Diplomat Georgia in 2008. She first served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In 2016, she was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Diplomat Georgia, Tamar’s served as CFO for Arti Ltd. where her career was also related to distribution. Before that, Tamar held CFO positions in the pharmaceutical industry.

Shota joined Diplomat in 2008 where he served as Supervisor of Diplomat Georgia’s P&G; business until 2012. In 2013 he was appointed as West Georgia Channel Manager. From 2015 Shota served as East Georgia Channel Manager (P&G;, Nestle, DGI business) and also as Key Account Manager (Nestle, DGI business). In 2018 he was appointed Head of Sales for DGI business and in 2019, Shota was appointed Head of Sales Department (P&G; Nestle, DGI business).

Georgi joined Diplomat in 2008 as Financial Coordinator. In 2015, he was promoted to Financial Operations Manager and held this position until 2016. In 2016, Georgi became Organization Strategy Manager & Group Project Leader. Since 2018, Georgi has been Head of Logistics for Diplomat Georgia. Prior to Diplomat, Georgi worked with Georgia’s Ministry of Labor Health and Social Affairs.

Tamar joined Diplomat Georgia as the Head of Human Resources in February 2023. She is a highly skilled Talent Management professional with extensive experience across multiple industries including banking, government and hospitality. Tamar holds MSc degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Manchester.

Merab joined "Diplomat Georgia" in 2015 and held the position of operations project manager. In 2016, he became the head of business development and marketing. Merab has an experience of banking and worked in various managerial positions in a large operation.

Irina Kitiashvili became Head of Logistics at DGL in January 2022. She is an experiences Supply Chain Professional with more than 15 years’ experience in international logistics, customs regulations, manufacturing and product import-export operations.

Nata joined Diplomat Georgia in 2020. She initially started as a Marketing Team Leader and progressed rapidly within the organization as a Head of Marketing. With extensive marketing experience, including key roles at Georgian and International market leaders in beverages & retail.

Karin joined Diplomat in 2010 and has 17 years of experience in business development & trade marketing in Food, toilet and beauty categories. As part of her various positions at Diplomat Israel she managed leading vendors as Heinz, Mondelez, Wella, JDE, Lotus, Kellogg’s and more. Karin has an MBA from Tela Aviv and Bocconi universities.
