This Policy applies to all services and activities of Diplomat Group, including those conducted via digital channels, websites, and/or social media platforms (the “Services”). Personal data may be collected through, inter alia, the following interactions:
- Engagements with the Company related to the purchase and distribution of its products;
- Use of the website www.diplomat.co.il and/or other Diplomat Group websites (the “Website”);
- Inquiries made to the Company’s customer service or sales centers;
- Participation in marketing activities via social media or websites;
- Additional services provided by Diplomat Group.

3.1. Identification and contact details, such as full name, ID card photo and its details, address, email address, and mobile phone number;
3.2. Business registration details, including VAT number, VAT certificate, withholding tax certificate, and bookkeeping certificate;
3.3. Records of communications with you — including inquiries to the Company, its customer service center, or sales team — such as recorded calls and written correspondence via phone, email, or messaging apps like WhatsApp;

3.6. Online data, such as your internet service provider, IP address, pages visited, clicks, browser type, device used to access the Website, and other usage data collected via automated tools (as described in Section 6 below);

4. Use of Personal Data (the “Purposes”)

5. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
5.1. As part of providing the Services and/or fulfilling the Purposes, the Company may disclose Personal Data to third parties, as detailed below:
5.1.1 External service providers who support the Company’s business operations and providing the Services. These may include providers of IT and cybersecurity services, storage (including cloud storage), payment collection services, customer service platforms, delivery services, website development and operation, survey and research services, marketing and advertising agencies, mailing services, legal counsel, professional consultants, and other vendors supporting the Company’s activities;
5.1.2. Affiliates and business units within Diplomat Group, including any company currently or in the future directly or indirectly held by the Company;
5.1.3 Regulatory authorities, pursuant to legal obligations or official directives, or under court orders;
5.1.4. In the event of a dispute, claim, demand, or legal proceedings between you and/or anyone on your behalf and the Company and/or its representatives;
5.1.5. If the Company believes disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to third parties, its employees, or its customers;
5.1.6. In the event of a transfer, sale, assignment, and/or acquisition of the Company and/or its assets, in whole or in part, for consideration or otherwise — including, but not limited to, situations in which ownership of the Services and/or the Website and/or their content, in whole or in part, is transferred to third parties — such as, without limitation, in connection with a merger of the Company and/or its operations with third parties, including in cases of full or partial change of control in the Company.
5.2. Without derogating from the above, the Company may transfer information about you — including your email address and phone number — to advertising platforms such as Google and Facebook. The use of your data by such platforms is subject to their respective terms of use and privacy policies. Such transfers will be limited to the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
5.3. The Company may also transfer Personal Data to third parties, as detailed above, located outside of Israel, including to jurisdictions with different data protection standards that may offer lower levels of protection than those under the Israeli law. In such cases, the Company will take appropriate steps to ensure adequate protection of your Personal Data.
5.4. Please note that when we share your Personal Data with a third party pursuant to this Policy, and/or with your consent or at your request, and/or in order to provide services you requested, such data will be subject to the privacy policies and practices of the relevant third party, and the Company shall not be held responsible for any use made by such parties.
5.5. Nothing in this section shall limit the Company’s right to share non-personal data, that does not directly identify you.

7. Direct Marketing

8. Data Security
Diplomat Group implements technical and physical measures to safeguard privacy and information security in accordance with accepted industry standards. Diplomat Group uses encryption mechanisms and other protections to ensure confidentiality, protect privacy, and prevent unauthorized access to data.
However, it is important to note that sharing data over the internet, as well as storing or transferring information through electronic means, inherently involves certain risks. These systems can never be fully secure, and the Company cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use will be entirely prevented. Therefore, it is clarified that Diplomat Group shall not be held responsible for any damage resulting from such unauthorized access or use.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1. The terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy — including any changes or amendments thereto, as well as any use of the Website or the Services — shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
11.2. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute and/or claim arising in connection with the use of the Website or this Privacy Policy shall be vested in the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel.
12. Changes and Updates
The Company may, at its sole discretion, modify this Privacy Policy from time to time without providing prior notice or warning. The updated version published on the Website shall be binding.
