In this role you will

• Design, align and deploy annual sales plans which enable the sales team to deliver to the annual DNZ sales target
• Develop and document a deep understanding of the vendors brands and categories to identify opportunities for profitable growth for Diplomat NZ
• Use insights to design and execute analysis and build a business case for change
• Develop and align the action plan with Diplomat New Zealand and vendor management team
• Deliver distribution, promotions , shelving and merchandising measures in line with quarterly targets deployed
• Develop granular rolling 12 month forecast based on aligned plan
• Ensure all account and field teams have the tools they need to execute the plan
• Be a team player who strives for excellence
• Professional with a 'can-do' attitude
• Customer service orientated
