Position Title
Graduate Finance Analyst

This is a very exciting opportunity for a Bachelor of Commerrce Graduate to join the Finance team at Diplomat NZ. This role is an entry level Finance Analyst position in FMCG where you will assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, measure and identify under/overspends and provide analytical support for trade spend analysis.

Diplomat are a global company with business units in Israel, Cyprus, Georgia, South Africa and New Zealand. This role is within New Zealand and you will work along side the Head of Finance and the Commercial Finance Manger.

You will

  • Have a Bachelor's degress in Accounting/Finance/Economics

Senior Sales Administrator - 12 month Fixed term contract

We are looking for an enthusiastic Key Account Sales Assistant / Executive, who is motivated, enjoys developing and improving processes and is driven to exceed customer expectations. This is a small team, so this provides the opportunity to learn from each other and to have a flexible varied role.

You will focus on our strategic business planning with our Senior Key Account Manager for promotions and maintenance of our Pharmacy Account. You will be building customer relationships and working closely with a number of our internal and external partners to provide account related reports and analysis, keeping our sales team up to date with their Key Account requirements

Experience required:

  • Previous FMCG sales experience or exposure would be an advantage
  • Proven Customer Service experience
  • Planning and organisational skills for sales reporting and promotional planning
  • High level of attention to detail to process orders for our Distribution Centres and Stores
  • Computer literacy for vendor managed inventory on day to day orders
  • Problem solving for customer invoices and investigating customer credits
  • Supply chain trouble shooting with our operations team
  • Understanding of branding and target marketing for new product development
  • General administration support for the KAMs/ Sales team
  • Confident computer user with advanced Excel, training will be provided in SAP, Qlik and Aztec

Senior Logistics and Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Logistics & Customer Sales Administrator, who enjoys supporting a busy sales team and is driven to exceed customer expectations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our Sales team. The main focus of this role is order processing, credits, to support the sales team and build good customer relationships. Diplomat are a global organisation growing our presence in New Zealand, we are developing winning supply chain solutions representing Procter & Gamble.

You will

  • Be responsible for receiving shipments of supplies and purchased products
  • Be responsible for updating receiving shipments of supplies and purchased products
  • Verify shipment records, insuring supply conditions and transferring returns of supply to return goods
  • Handle complex procdures of shipments and supplies received
  • Have SAP version PR4 - Data Analysis
  • Have worked with Mainchain data analysis
  • Be the first point of contact for Facilities Management including couriers
  • Manage the inventory and ordering for the Diplomat NZ Staff Shop
  • Maintain the Diplomat NZ data bases and office inventory and ordering
