We are on the lookout for a motivated, driven, and proven performer as an extension to our existing winning team, based in the Wellington region.
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will be charged with enhancing Diplomat's business partnerships across the Wellington region by working collaboratively internally & externally to form mutually beneficial relationships. You will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer experience, whilst having responsibility for managing your time efficiently, managing your territory budget and implementing in store activity in line with the Diplomat strategy.
Experience in FMCG within sales, key accounts, merchandising is desirable along with exceptional communication and customer service skills. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with the key decision makers throughout your territory and able to leverage these commercial relationships to achieve your territory targets. Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded, but not essential.
You will have a proven track record of success and thrive on achieving sales targets in conjunction with managing the long term success of key brands.
