Position Title
Regulatory Affair Specialist
Diplomat Georgia is recruiting for the role of Regulatory Affairs Specialist, who will ensure that the company complies with all of the laws and regulations pertaining to the characteristics of imported products.

Key Responsibilities

** Coordinate regulatory workflow, provide regulatory support to the company and track regulatory project timelines;
** Work with relevant state regulatory agencies and personnel on specific issues related with the compliance of products. Prepare or/and review submission packages to regulatory authorities;
** Liaison and work with the vendors on related matters;
** Permanently follow and track field related regulations in the country;
** Create and maintain required documentation;
** Ensure that all necessary variations are submitted/approved and registration documents are updated accordingly;
** Write or update standard operating procedures, work instructions or policies;
** Review product promotional materials, labeling, batch records, specification sheets, or test methods for compliance with applicable regulations and policies;
** Plan of regulatory budget and calculation of expenses;
** Recommend changes to company procedures in response to changes in regulations or standards.

Position Requirements

** Minimum 2 years' experience on the same (or similar) position;
** Higher legal education is an advantage;
** Fluency in Georgian and English;
** Knowledge of local and international legislation related to imports;
** Knowledge of customs systems and procedures;
** Detail-oriented;
** Simultaneous management of several tasks in a limited time;
** Ability to manage difficult situations;
** Ability to make decisions independently;
** High sense of responsibility;

Category Manager
Diplomat Georgia is recruiting for the role of Category Manager
Category Manager plays a key role in driving growth opportunities, influencing financial decisions, and solving business issues. The focus of the position is to serve as key support and Category local expert to both the vendor and internal key stakeholders within Diplomat (Sales, KAM`s, Supply chain, Finance). The Category Manager acts as the key liaison between vendor (brand) and the local market (KAM`s -retailer`s needs). Category Manager develops the local Brand trade plans to achieve business objectives throughout focusing on category and market`s needs & trends.
Category Manager works closely with Team leaders of sales & KAM`s to achieve Company`s goals. This role is vital to the success of the business and helps ensure our strategic/financial health in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

** Market Mapping and defining Distribution/coverage objectives;
** Manage pricing strategy (Brand wise/market wise/SKU wise);
** Promote the products in store by right placement in category, out of category or extra displays;
** Enhance market share, sales & profit according to targets;
** Build partnership relationships with the Vendor, KAM`s, Sales;
** Establish brands strategies along with annual plan development;
** Identify category growth opportunities and build supporting plans;
** Develop promotion plan & budget to meet sales targets;
** Manage Trade marketing budget efficiently & ensure cost policies are applied having in mind optimization between quality & price;
** Work closely with Finance to validate all promotions for future planning and efficient achievements;
** Collect and disseminate Best Practice for profitable Trade Marketing activities;
** Drive forecast accuracy and optimal level of stock;
** Effective management of the launch project.

Position Requirements:

** Strong knowledge of consumer industry & retailers (FMCG);
** Experience in commercial & sales roles;
** Deep understanding of the P&L, retail math, analytics, financial modeling, forecasting;
** Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends;
** Experience in driving growth - Experience identifying trends to plan against results;
** Experience and ability to work across different departments;
** Fluency in Georgian and English languages;
** In depth knowledge of excel, Power Point;
