Yael joined Diplomat in 2002. She has 19 years’ experience in the Human Resources (HR) field. Yael established the HR department for Diplomat in Israel. Today, her responsibilities include recruiting and organizational development as well as compensation and benefits. Prior to Diplomat, Yael served in the HR division at a medical diagnostics institute.

Yinon Joined Diplomat in 2012. He first joined Diplomat Georgia where he served as CEO from 2012 – 2016. He also served as an advisor to the Diplomat Global Chairman and Diplomat Group CEO on business growth opportunities. Yinon has a demonstrated track record of executive leadership yielding significant revenues, profit and growth for global organizations. In 2016, Yinon was appointed CEO of Diplomat South Africa. In 2020 Yinon was appointed CEO of Diplomat Israel

Adi Joined Diplomat in 2022 and serves as the General Counsel and head of Regulation and Government Affairs. Adi has experience of over a decade in legal positions. Prior to Joining Diplomat, Adi served as a legal counsel at Israel Ports Company, The Israeli Competition Authority and The Supreme Court of Israel.

Guy joined Diplomat in 2019 and till 2022 he served as CFO of Diplomat Georgia. Prior to Diplomat, he served as the CFO of Shemen Industry LTD , and worked at Strauss group for 6 years as a CFO of the Coffee and Water division in Israel.

Tal has a degree in computer science and mathematics, married +2, started his career in the company in 2004 as a sales representative. Tal has an experience of about 20 years in the world of sales in the field FMCG. Over the years, Tal performed diverse roles in the sales division both in the worlds of trade and trade marketing. Tal is a pillar in the management of Diplomat Israel and an authority of knowledge in the world of sales, advocating and working in practice to promote employees from within.

Uri joined Diplomat South Africa in 2017 as Head of Commercial with 11 years’ experience in various sales roles in Diplomat Israel. He lead as National Sales manager – Food Division from Oct 2014 till his relocation in April 2017. Uri has Championed innovation in developing programs working with international vendors such as - P&G, MDLZ, JDE & Duracell. He has strong interpersonal skills which are leveraged at different levels with customers. Uri has a Honours degree in Bachelor of Faculty of Humanities from University of Tel Aviv

Alon joined Diplomat in 2007. He has 15 years’ experience in sales and trade marketing. The positions he held in Diplomat include sales in private market and 4th chain, managing the 4th chain channel, Category Manager for Fem care and Diapers, Team Leader Pharm channel, National sales manager for toiletry division and Digital Sales Leader at Diplomat’s group

Naor joined Diplomat in 2013 in the processes and technologies department. Naor held several positions in the Diplomat Group, in strategic management, project management, and salary and benefits management. Today, as a member of the management team Naor leads the field of information systems, organization and methods, strategy, and service centers for retail and the institutional market.

Raviv joined Diplomat in 2005. Raviv has a BA degree in industrial engineering and management. Raviv began his career as an engineer at the organization & methods department and performed various management positions as a service and distribution manager and VP of the supply chain. In his current position as the company's VP of Engineering, Raviv leads the project to establish the company's new logistics center, a center that will provide future operational solutions for Diplomat and CDSL.

Oren Joined Diplomat in 2001. He began his career as a sales representative for Diplomat Israel. Between 2003 and 2010, Oren served in several key marketing roles including as brand manager for P&G. During this period, he built the food division’s marketing department, including the acquisition of the Heinz brand portfolio in Israel. He also served as Chief Marketing officer for Diplomat Israel. In 2010, Oren was appointed General Manager of Diplomat Georgia. In 2012, he returned to Israel to develop a new Chief Strategy Officer function for the Group. In 2016, Oren relocated to New Zealand to establish a new Diplomat business unit. In 2019, he again returned to Israel to lead.
