Key Responsibilities

X2 Reach Truck Driver - Operations Department - Gauteng

Diplomat South Africa is recruiting for the role of (X2) Reach Truck Drivers in the Operations Department based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The position will report to the respective Warehouse Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities

To ensure the accurate execution of tasks obtained from the system. The tasks must be executed in a timeous and correct manner.
Attention to detail and following operating standards is core to this role.
Critical to this role is the safe operation of company equipment whilst executing tasks:

  • Execute responsibilities cost effectively.
  • Contribute to the cost savings targets of the company through efficiency and safety awareness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with warehouse colleagues to deliver on operational improvement targets.
  • Inspect product and ensure correctness of packaging and size prior to delivery to specified point.

Position Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years experience as a Reach Truck Driver and must have driven 2.5 ton.
  • Valid Reach Truck License.

Diplomat South Africa is recruiting for the role of Senior Branch Administrator in the Operations Department based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This position will report to the Returns Manager.

Key responsibilities

To provide administration support to the Operations department and ensuring that related documentation is effectively managed:
  • Ensure to return hired pallets to CHEP costs.
  • Ensure claims are processed timeously.
  • Oversee the administrative requirements at the Depot.
  • Ensure claims are processed timeously.

Key Responsibilities
To implement the Tier 3 Main Market strategy at retail level. The main purpose is to achieve coverage, achieve sales targets and revenue margins for allocated customers by ensuring that the right products are in the right place at the right time.
