Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

    Diplomat South Africa is looking to fill the role of an Call Centre Supervisor in the Sales Operations Division, based in Gauteng, reporting to the Customer Care Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation of targets for Call Centre team. Drive targets, technical queries.

  • Plan and manage the daily operations of the customer contact centre.

  • Liaising with customers and third parties to ensure effective and compliant delivery of services, with speedy resolution of issues.

  • Effective risk mitigation and minimizing of errors.

  • Proactive escalation and taking over of calls when needed.

    Receiving Clerk - Operations Department - Gauteng
    RECEIVING CLERK- OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT - GAUTENG

    Diplomat South Africa is recruiting for the role of Receiving Clerk in the Operations Department based in Gauteng, Meadowdale. The position will report to the Receiving Supervisor.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Contribute to the cost savings targets of the company through efficiency and safety awareness.
    • Print delivery schedule in the morning.
    • Ensure that the trucks are bought in as per the booking times on the schedule.
    • In the event of trucks arriving not scheduled for that day or missingscheduled times the clerk shall inform his superiors or inform the demand team.
    • Ensure that all trucks are inspected as stipulated on the vehicle inspection sheet.
    • Ensure that all pallets are counted on the truck and checked against the CHEP pallet slip.
    • Check for broken pallets, note them on the pallet slip and ensure all damaged pallets are returned to the supplier.
    • Ensure supplier's P/O are checked versus our inbound.
    • Ensure stock is checked for damages, expiry dates, batches, quantities and recorded on a blind count sheet to ensure that only good stock and correct quantities are accepted into the warehouse.
    • Ensure the blind counts are checked against the supplier's invoice for quantities.
    • Ensure all the invoices are stamped and signed by the clerk and the driver upon the completion of the inbound process, ensure that any discrepancies are noted on the invoice and the quantities are changed.
    • Ensure that the stock is labelled correctly; double check batches expiry dates and quantities.
    • Verify HU and stock by only using RF scanner.
    • Ensure that inbounds are posted after scanning and print GRV's.
    • Ensure that all the paperwork is attached with invoice including the vehicle inspection sheet.
    • Ensure that P&G damages are scrapped and handed over.
    • Operate all equipment (scanners, computers, bins etc.) according to instructions and training provided.
    • Understand the operations environment and the priorities and be flexible to accommodate change.
    • Take responsibility for self-development through self-study, identification of learning opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    To ensure that the right order is delivered to the correct customer within the required delivery time frame. Also ensuring a high level of customer service, as well as the completion of all administration to ensure route closure.

    Delivery Service:
    • The Driver will be responsible for the entire load - including stock, pallets and returns from the customer.
