Key Responsibilities:
The ability to influence and sell predetermined sales solutions to targeted customers.
  • Meet predetermined sales budgets.

  • Excellent execution of business strategic drivers.

Debriefing Clerk - Operations - Durban - KwaZulu - Natal
Diplomat South Africa is recruiting for the role of a Debriefing Clerk based in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal. This position will report to the Outbound Manager.

Key Responsibilities

A clear understanding and working knowledge of receiving practices in the FMCG en-vironment, in which the following will have to be implemented and executed:
  • Use Mobisoft to track delivery reporting and route adherence and to print debriefing reports.
  • Capture irregular activities reported by the Driver on route e.g. accidents, poor service at the B&B's and non-compliance by B&B's on vehicle security.
  • Liaise with customer care on customer debriefing related queries.
  • Ensure that all POD's are signed, stamped by the customer.
  • Reconcile POD's, collection of documentation and re-deliveries to trip sheet, capture clean / dirty POD'S and report dirty POD's to the Outbound Manager.
  • Record and report all failed collections.
  • Count and confirm that all pallets and bins are brought back, record and re-port discrepancies.
  • Assist with investigations on extras and shortages when it is required by Management.
  • Record and pass any returns / collections to the Returns Clerk for processing.

Shift Manager - Operations - Durban - KwaZulu - Natal
SHIFT MANAGER - OPERATIONS - KWAZULU - NATAL

Diplomat South Africa is looking to fill the role of Shift Manager in the Operations Division to be based in KwaZulu - Natal, Durban. This position will report to the Depot Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all functions (Receiving, Storage and Dispatch operations) are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures for the company.
  • Daily Stock control (FIFO/FEFO) together with stock accountability. Conducting daily/weekly/monthly stock counts.
  • A full understanding of a warehousing operation and the day to day run-ning thereof.
  • Manage warehouse operation with regards to Forklift Drivers, Pickers and Loaders.
  • Management of all Warehouse MHE including daily inspections and break-downs.
