Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistent development and updating of the Retail Outlet Universe Data base.
  • Consistent achieving of Coverage, Sales, Numeric Distribution & In Store Communication objectives.
  • Achieving of the Trade coverage plan.
  • On time reporting and completion of daily Administration Objectives.
  • Implementation of all merchandising initiatives according to determined standards.
  • Responsible for all company resources on a daily basis i.e. Vehicles, POS, Merchandising material, stock, mobile phone.
  • The implementation of promotions when applicable.
  • Field any trade related issues or queries at store level.
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence to management.
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of a Matric / NQF Level 4 qualification is required - from a recognised institution.
  • 1 - 3 years Field Sales experience *from an Informal Trade*
  • A reliable vehicle and unendorsed license.
  • Must be a local and reside in the relevant area of operation - to be determined.

Diplomat South Africa is recruiting for the roles of (X2) Truck Drivers - Code 10 in the Operations Department based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The position will report to the Distribution Controller.

Key Responsibilities
To ensure that the right order is delivered to the correct customer within the required delivery time frame. Also ensuring a high level of customer service, as well as the completion of all administration to ensure route closure.
  • Execute driver responsibilities cost effectively.
  • Contribute to the cost savings targets of the company through efficient and safe driving.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to deliver on service excel-lence targets through effective communication, professional conduct and attention to detail.
  • Conduct an inspection at point of delivery to ensure goods are not dam-aged and complies to prescribed standards.

SAP Systems Operator - Operations Department - Gauteng

Diplomat South Africa is recruiting for the role of SAP Systems Operator in the Operations Department based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This position will report to the Shift Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct activities related to SAP WMS support in a cost effective manner .
  • Evaluate the cost impact of requests before executing same.
  • Ensure that all warehouse SAP transactions executed by users are authorised .
  • Address and resolve day to day user issues with respect to SAP WMS module.
  • Ensure maintenance and accuracy of master data with respect to storage level, locations, palette stacking etc .
  • Make changes to data based on weekly and monthly audits.
  • Conduct trouble shooting of system problems and do first level problem solving.
  • Validate the warehouse bins to ensure correct product is loaded.

Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure the timely processing and payment of accounts receivable invoices in order to positively impact cash flow and working capital.
  • Identify potential errors and misallocations of the Trade Debtors Book.
  • Provide an effective and timely response and solutions to all debtors' que-ries.
  • Implement initiatives to maximise cash collection from a wide ranging customer base.
  • Create and implement reports to inform management decisions about payments/non-payments, customers exceeding credit limits as well as impending queries.
  • Trade Debtor Compliance with Trading Terms.
  • Contribute to the cost savings targets of the company.
  • Prepare and send out statements to customers in the prescribed format.
