President & CEO
Noam Joined Diplomat in 1972. \r\nNoam has served as the President & CEO of Diplomat Group since 2011. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, he served as CEO Diplomat Group, CEO Diplomat Israel, Export Manager & Deputy Manager, and Sales Manager for the Diplomat Group. Noam holds a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University. He is fluent in Hebrew, English and French.

Yinon Joined Diplomat in 2012. He first joined Diplomat Georgia where he served as CEO from 2012 – 2016. He also served as an advisor to the Diplomat Global Chairman and Diplomat Group CEO on business growth opportunities. Yinon has a demonstrated track record of executive leadership yielding significant revenues, profit and growth for global organizations. In 2017, Yinon was appointed CEO of Diplomat South Africa.

Avi Joined Diplomat in 2002. He has over 20 years of experience in FMCG, particularly in the food segment. He has served in almost every role in sales at various Israeli distribution companies. As the head of sales for Diplomat in Israel, Avi led the food division including the Horeca integration in 2011. He expanded business significantly while establishing Service Level Agreements for vendors. Under his leadership, the food division represented some 24 suppliers.

Tamar Joined Diplomat Georgia in 2008. She first served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In 2016, she was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Diplomat Georgia, Tamar served as CFO for Arti Ltd. where her career was also related to distribution. Before that, Tamar held CFO positions in the pharmaceutical industry.

Marketing Communications Director
Noga joined Diplomat in 1996. She has served in a wide range of marketing capacities. Noga managed all marketing activities for P&G brands in Israel until the opening of the local representation of P&G. She also served as Marketing Manager for Diplomat Israel’s cosmetics and fragrances division. In 2008, as Diplomat Group expanded globally, Noga was appointed Group Internal and External Marketing Communications Director.
Chief Growth Officer
Oren Joined Diplomat in 2001. He began his career as a sales representative for Diplomat Israel. Between 2003 and 2010, Oren served in several key marketing roles including as brand manager for P&G. During this period, he built the food division’s marketing department, including the acquisition of the Heinz brand portfolio in Israel. He also served as Chief Marketing officer for Diplomat Israel. In 2010, Oren was appointed General Manager of Diplomat Georgia. In 2012, he returned to Israel to develop a new Chief Strategy Officer function for the Group. In 2016, Oren relocated to New Zealand to establish a new Diplomat business unit. In 2019, he again returned to Israel to lead the company’s business development and digital transformation.

Chief Logistic Officer, Diplomat Group
Yosi joined Diplomat in 2006. He began as a shift manager at Diplomat Israel and was soon appointed Warehouse Manager, Diplomat Cosmetics division. In 2008 he was appointed Chief Operation Officer, Diplomat Israel and Diplomat Cosmetics, with overall responsibility for demand forecasting through supply planning and managing complex interfaces with internal and external customers. In 2015 Yosi was appointed Chief Operation Officer, Diplomat South Africa. In 2018 Yosi was promoted to Group Chief Logistic Officer.
Head of Strategy
Tal Joined Diplomat in 2011. She has been Diplomat’s Head of Strategy and Innovation since 2016. Previously, she served as General Manager for Diplomat's cosmetic business from 2011-2015. Prior to Diplomat, Tal worked at 3M Israel for 12 years. There she held senior marketing and managerial positions including as Israel country manager for 3M’s healthcare business.
Group Human Resources Officer
Sharon Joined Diplomat in 2012. She began her career as a HR manager in the hi-tech industry. She also served for 9 years as P&G’s Israel HR manager with additional regional responsibilities. Sharon holds a BA in Business Management and Psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. She recently relocated to New Zealand to support Diplomat’s APAC operations.
Chief Information Officer
Tzvika Joined Diplomat in 2019. He has extensive experience in information technology for the consumer goods industry. Prior to Diplomat, Tzvika served as acting CIO at Tnuva, an Israeli food manufacturer, where he led IT transformation programs. Tzvika holds a B.Sc. in information systems engineering from the Technion and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
