Noam Joined Diplomat in 1972.
Noam has served as the President & CEO of Diplomat Group since 2011. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, he served as CEO Diplomat Group, CEO Diplomat Israel, Export Manager & Deputy Manager, and Sales Manager for the Diplomat Group. Noam holds a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University. He is fluent in Hebrew, English and French.
Oren Joined Diplomat in 2001. He began his career as a sales representative for Diplomat Israel. Between 2003 and 2010, Oren served in several key marketing roles including as brand manager for P&G. During this period, he built the food division’s marketing department, including the acquisition of the Heinz brand portfolio in Israel. He also served as Chief Marketing officer for Diplomat Israel. In 2010, Oren was appointed General Manager of Diplomat Georgia. In 2012, he returned to Israel to develop a new Chief Strategy Officer function for the Group. In 2016, Oren relocated to New Zealand to establish a new Diplomat business unit. In 2019, he again returned to Israel to lead.
Sharon joined Diplomat in 2012.
She began her career as an HR Manager in the hi-tech industry, and later served for 9 years as P&G Israel’s Head of HR, with additional regional responsibilities. She holds a BA in Business Management and Psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. She recently relocated to New Zealand to support Diplomat’s APAC operations.
Tzvika Joined Diplomat in 2019.
He has extensive experience in information technology for the consumer goods industry. Prior to Diplomat, Tzvika served as acting CIO at Tnuva, an Israeli food manufacturer, where he led IT transformation programs. Tzvika holds a B.Sc. in information systems engineering from the Technion and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Yosi joined Diplomat in 2006. He began as a shift manager at Diplomat Israel and was soon appointed Warehouse Manager, Diplomat Cosmetics division. In 2008 he was appointed Chief Operation Officer, Diplomat Israel and Diplomat Cosmetics, with overall responsibility for demand forecasting through supply planning and managing complex interfaces with internal and external customers. In 2015 Yosi was appointed Chief Operation Officer, Diplomat South Africa. In 2018 Yosi was promoted to Group Chief Logistic Officer. In 2020 Yosi was appointed to CEO of Diplomat South Africa.
In 2024 Yosi was appointed CEO of Diplomat Israel.
Tamar joined Diplomat Georgia in 2008. She first served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
In 2016, she was promoted to Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to Diplomat Georgia, Tamar’s served as CFO for Arti Ltd. where her career was also related to distribution.
Before that, Tamar held CFO positions in the pharmaceutical industry.
Mikellis joined Diplomat Cyprus in 2011.
Mikellis has more than 20 years of experience in the FMCG industry. Prior to joining Diplomat, his experience included launching new categories and products which today hold leading positions in the Cypriot market as brands. Mikellis made a significant contribution to the establishment of Diplomat in Cyprus in 2011.
Barry joined Diplomat in 2018.
He is a highly experienced leader with success in strategic business development, mergers and acquisitions, and stakeholder engagement. Barry has had experience with Lion Nathan Limited, Coca-Cola Amatil NZ Limited, and Goodman Fielder, and was awarded the Prime Minister’s Business Scholarship in 2015. He completed the Advanced Management Program at Columbia University in New York City, and holds an MBA from Massey University.
